We, Kornelia "Conny" and Dieter, moved to Texas from Germany, because we love it here.

 

Originally, we are from Gross-Gerau near Ruesselsheim in the state of Hessia. Our town is located about 15 min south of Frankfurt/Main (West).

Me, Conny, has always loved to cook and spoil her guests. I have completed many seminars in Germany and obtained a license, but at that time the automobile business did not allow time to pursue the idea of opening my own restaurant.

 

Here in Texas, I want to fulfill my dream. We will serve meals and specialties from Hessia and know you will enjoy them. Everything will be fresh and mostly homemade prepared.We are proud to offer you cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients and mostly no MSG! We use fresh vegetables, fresh meat, and home made desserts.

Sometimes, this may take a little longer, so please, sit back, relax and enjoy a little german comfortableness and coziness "Deutsche Gemuetlichkeit"!
