Greetings:
Our
friend has been telling us about the wonderful German restaurant between
Meridian and the Gap. We finally arrived from Denver, Colorado for the
winter months and dined with you last night (Saturday, 8th). We are so
delighted to have a restaurant like yours in Bosque County. The food was
out of this world. I had # 7, my husband # 10 and our friend # 4. I have
never had such tender roast beef. And the desserts were wonderful
(pumpkin cake) and tort.
We
will be busy telling our family and friends about you. We want your
restaurant to be around for many, many years.

Hi Kornelia & Dieter and your staff,
You really outdid yourselves. I talked to several people
today who were there last night and everyone had a wonderful time. Everyone
complimented the food. Your schnitzel is the best I have eaten.
I must apologize for the two extra people who showed up. They
did not call me, but you found two extra chairs and everything turned out
just fine.
I must also compliment your waiter and waitress. They did a
great job with such a group of people.

I found your restaurant, quite by
accident, as I drove from Cleburne to Hamilton for a business trip. As I
passed your establishment, I had to turn around and see what it was all
about. I grew up in Germany when my father was in the service and my
wife and I were stationed there for three and a half years as well. We
love the German food. I peeked through the windows of your restaurant
and saw what I remember as the neighborhood gasthaus. As a birthday
surprise, I made reservations for my wife and I and were not
disappointed. What a great atmosphere and the food was absolutely
delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.
